About the role

Then apply for the job as a Marketing Coordinator and help us improve our marketing performance. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working alongside the Swedish Marketing Manager to create, drive and support Avis Budget Group portfolio brands marketing and direct sales objectives.
Primary Duties will include:
Direct Sales Analytics: As a person you are both analytical and structured, yet creative for communication solutions with foundation on analysis and business needs. You will quickly learn to understand the Swedish and Danish consumer rentals trends to develop strong messaging and tactical campaigns to address specific trading issues.
Digital Website Management: Meaning content management and technical maintenance of the Swedish and Danish website, Social Media channels, SEO and PPC optimization.
Relationship Management: You are social driven, and you will successfully build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external teams, particularly the Swedish General Manager, Fleet and Operations team to achieve objectives and maximize results.
To be successful in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
University/college degree in Marketing and/or Communication[AJ1] .
2+ years of relevant working experience.
Experience of B2C and online marketing.
Excellent organizational and communication skills in Swedish as well as English. Understanding of the other Scandinavian languages.
Knowledge and experience in Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
Experience and understanding of yield management, service pricing and analysis.
Appropriate computer and application skills (Microsoft Suits Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC.
Experience working in CRM-systems, with newsletters and databases.
Additional skills & behavior:
Creative, for development of ads, copy line, layout, content etc.
Proactive, analytical and structured, yet creative for communication solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with change.
Self-motivated, drive and goal oriented, with ability to multitasking.
Social and relation driven, both externally to partners and internally.
Flexible and dynamic, creative and proactive in driving change.
