Marketing Coordinator, Lotus Travel AB
Reporting relationship: Reporting to S&M Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible of planning, operating and follow-up of all Lotus Travel marketing activities.
• Procurement and coordination of suppliers & partners.
Tasks
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Daily updating and monitoring of the Lotus Travel S&M plan.
• Daily updating of www.lotustravel.se. Including: surveillance of the web, SEO optimization, collaboration with platform supplier (Travelize).
• Compose, design, develop and distribute e-newsletter to Lotus Travel Exclusive Club members.
• Prepare, develop bi-weekly/monthly reporting of web statistics, lead generation to the Management Team.
• Yearly planning, procurement, development and follow-up of advertizing (print, web).
• Coordination of catalogue production and distribution.
• Development of ad-hoc promotional material (flyers, web, ppt etc)
• Plan, coordinate and operate tradeshows and events (local sales events, agent events, Lotus Travel organized events, TUR mässan)
• Maintenance and development of the Lotus Travel photo folder. Contact with photographers.
• Ensure design consistency according to the Lotus Travel corporate guidelines.
• Active cooperation and collaboration with Sales Team, Operations Team and Finance Team
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
• 1-2 year of relevant experience from web, marketing related work. Preferably from the travel industry. Asian Experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing, copy skills. Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience of MS Office, Adobe (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), html and web content management tool(s), Google analytics.
• Degree in Marketing/Sales/Business or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills pertaining to interaction with colleagues and outside parties, sense of urgency, quality orientation.
