Marketing coordinator
Position Description:
• Your main role will be to coordinate all marketing
activities for all the brands.
• Lead liaison between key advertising agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for production including photo shoot,
translation, proof reading, printing and distribution
process for all printed material.
• Monitor and control budgets.
• Motivate and lead staff, vendors and agency
management.
• Coordinating creative feedback globally and provide
to agencies.
• Responsible for the delivery of printed material to
sales companies and distributors.
• Plan work and drive process with external agencies
for all printed matters.
• Coordinate work with advertising agencies.
• Manage global picture database. Also support
individual markets with advertising material.
• Support in marketing communication regarding the
existing product range and product launches.
• Create launch packages and product news
information.
• Create support material for products like range
material and accessory catalogues, electronic media
etc.
• Responsible for the consumer magazine.
You should have great knowledge in both PC and
Mac. For this role you should be very service-oriented,
be able to work under pressure, and possess an
excellent knowledge of the entire Office package
and graphic-production software such as InDesign,
Illustrator and Photoshop. Must be used to working
with vendors/partners such as advertising agencies
and be comfortable managing budgets. Not required,
but ideally experience on a global business where
gaining alignment is important as this role will require
frequent interaction with global marketing managers.
