KOTRA is a non-profit organisation under the Korean ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE). The main function of KOTRA is to promote trade and investment between Korea and Sweden. KOTRA is represented all over the world and has 101 branch offices in 73 countries and 10 domestic offices.
Today we are looking for a person mainly in charge of our marketing activities, especially promoting different events in Korea but also supporting our other divisions such as investment promotion, market research and branch office services. For further details please see

• Marketing and Events
• Coordinate upcoming trade shows and seminar events
• External and internal Communication using the appropriate channels (websites,
newsletter, brochures & collaterals, press releases, :)
• Identify press opportunities and deal with the creation and the distribution of information.
• Prospect and initiate first contact to detect opportunities & interest
• Plan and produce printed matter, information letters
and financial information
Your profile:
• Service oriented and able to work under pressure
• 3 - year degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
• Working experience in Marketing is recommended but not a requirement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluency in English is required (speaking and writing)
