As a Marketing Communications & Tradeshow Manager you will be a part of the Global Tobii Dynavox marketing team. You will be based in Stockholm and report to Senior Director of Marketing in Tobii Dynavox US. So English and Swedish should be a no brainer for you! This is why we need youWe at Tobii Dynavox want to meet our customers, users and reach out to the world with what we do so we attend in many different tradeshows, conferences, events and this needs to be coordinated all over the globe. The purpose of the role as Marketing Communications & Tradeshow Manager is to help drive awareness for the Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) product portfolio for Tobii Dynavox.Your responsibility will be to support global marketing initiatives and business objectives in Eurow - with that we mean Europe and the rest of the world (outside of North America).One day at the officeIn marketing, we use Agile methodology. Every morning we start with a stand up, that helps us coordinate and effectively drive our projects forward. You will be one of the important team members and that's why this role is quite broad from integrated marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, developing messaging, publishing on our web, sending e-mails and events. You will have your leading expertise in managing the tradeshows, events, etc. always capturing the essence of the Tobii Dynavox brand. Your days will be filled withManaging key international level tradeshows and events. This includes overall coordination and execution of event, design and marketing, expense management, working with vendors to complete construction of exhibits and tradeshow displays. Managing and coordinating the assigned go-to-market marketing strategy, messaging/positioning, and launch activities.Developing effective marketing and promotional materials (digital and print) to clearly and convincingly communicate messages to the target audiences for the AAC business. This will include collateral, website, tradeshow pieces, advertising and other brand assets.Working with product managers, country managers and other internal stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate marketing and sales strategies and tactical plans.Coordinating assigned agency partners and vendors. Does this sound like you? We think that you have a bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications (or related disciplines) to manage the role because it is a broad role which both includes a piece of strategy but mostly operational work with writing, publishing, creating. You definitely have relevant work experience managing tradeshows, events, and conferences and you are the person who has a strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects within established timelines.
