About the job
Cibes Lift Group are now looking for a Marketing Communication Manager. You will be responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and (external) communication strategies for the company. A professional team of 6 marketeers (8 during 2022) will report to you and work closely together with a group of more than 20 global marketeers located in our direct sales offices all over the world.
As Marketing Communication Manager you will become responsible for a wide variety of tasks and work closely with several departments within the company. Together with the team there is a high focus on brand building, lead generation, web development, SoMe activities, SEO/SEA and many more activities. Cibes Lift Group is organically fast growing aswell as through the acquisitions of companies that continuously are being added to our portfolio. You will develop, create, oversee, and execute the marketing. You will have a lot of freedom in developing the strategy, brand building, personal development including budget responsibility.
About you
You are a structured, analytical, and problem-solving person that don't fear taking decisions. You have experience working with website development, SEO/SEA, IP/Trademark registration and maintenance and development of branding guidelines. You feel comfortable working with external communication, and you write and speak fluent in English. We see that you have previous experience of working in global operations. You enjoy driving the work with improvements and are continuously challenging current ways of working and you inspire your team to do the same.
We see that you have at least three years of leadership experience and know therefore how to lead a team. We also see that you are a person-oriented leader with a great helicopter view who can work in a multi-cultural organization. If you have done leadership training, it can be an advantage. You are a prestige less team player with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Your position is located at our head quarter in Gävle. The possibility of remote work in addition to the travelling for work is available, with consideration to the needs of the business.
