Surgical Division is looking to recruit a Communication Support Specialist to the Marketing Communication team, based at headquarters in Gothenburg. The position is a temporary replacement for approximately one year due to parental leave.
Purpose of position/Arbetsbeskrivning
In this role you will support in the development of the overall brand and marketing communication strategies and activities for Mölnlycke Health Care Surgical in accordance with the short and long term strategy for Mölnlycke and the Surgical Business.
You will support and interact with other members of the Surgical Marketing group to optimize cross-functional objectives of the group, and with the local markets to ensure a successful implementation of the brand strategies, market communication and activities. You will:
• Support in the development of advertising and promotional programs.
• Supervise and lead the centralized production of advertising and promotional programs to achieve cost efficiency and consistency in our message to the market
• Develop and serve the Surgical Division’s Intranet in order to provide information and service internally
• Lead the maintenance of the Surgical part of the MRM (marketing resource management) system to ensure an efficient and cost effective handling and availability of sales promotional materials
Background and Personal Qualities/Vem är du?
The successful candidate has an educational background from Business School with focus on marketing and/or communication or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years practical experience from marketing/sales or advertising agency. Experience from InDesign is considered an advantage.
Since you will be working in an international environment you need to be fluent in English, written and spoken. As a person you are well-organised and driven with strong customer focus. You are a team player with good communication and networking skills.
