A3P's main product, Stockholm3, is a blood test for early detection of aggressive prostate cancer that has the potential to radically improve prostate cancer diagnostics. A3P Biomedical's vision is to significantly reduce the mortality of prostate cancer, one of the world's most common cancers. We are currently selling Stockholm3 in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Switzerland and Spain and will enter additional markets in the near future.
Now our team is growing as our highly innovative product is getting traction in Sweden and internationally. To accelerate the market uptake we are looking for an experienced Marketing Communication Manager with a background from international business and the Life Science industry.
As our Marketing Communication Manager, you will create demand for Stockholm3 through effective communication and marketing campaigns to potential customers. With the understanding of Stockholm3 coupled with knowledge of the market, customers, and competitors you will clearly explain the unique value Stockholm3 brings.
Your tasks as a Marketing Communication Manager:
You will be responsible for the planning, creation and publishing of all marketing and communication material. You will work closely with management and sales in order to develop content that is valuable to our desired target audience. You will work to find ways to generate consumer interest that feeds the sales funnel within the context of the European growth plans and A3P Biomedical 's global marketing ambitions.
You will have a very hands-on and operational role and be responsible for the quality and timely execution of all agreed marketing activities related to Stockholm3, including:
Promote and advertise Stockholm3 and A3P Biomedical and ensure consistent execution of all key elements across materials and in various channels
Develop communication and key messages for Stockholm3 and new studies that drive engagement with customers, physicians and other stakeholders
Create, design, and convey powerful content in all marketing materials
Manage and monitor the website and social media platforms
Collaborate with external partners, such as web agencies and printing companies
Plan, coordinate, and project manage marketing activities and prepare material and lectures for marketing events, congresses, and trade fairs. This involves contacting event organizations, industry experts, partners and KOLs
Create product information and training material for sales and partners and for physician, payer, and patient educational programs
Distribute the marketing material to sales teams, customers, and partners
Qualifications
• 5 years' work experience from Marketing, Communication, or similar role
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business or other related field
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Other languages are considered a plus
Firsthand experience with web content management tools, like WordPress, Yoast, social media platforms (Facebook ads)
Experience working with Social media & Content, Digital Media, Web site SEO, CRM, Adobe apps, Google, Digital Analytics
Proficiency in MS Office
It is a plus if you also have
Experience from similar roles within the med-tech industry
Experience in planning and coordinating events
Experience working with PR and media
Proven experience in delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns
