hela Sverige As Marketing Communication Coordinator you play a key role in promoting and building the Etteplan brand in Sweden. You will work in close cooperation with the Swedish operations and be a part of the global Marketing & Communications team. For this role, we are seeking an skilled, hands-on, innovative and business-driven Marketing Communications Coordinator to develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy and activities.
Role and tasks
- Create and implement marketing and communication plans together with the Swedish operations and Marketing Director
- Execute internal and external communications projects according to plans
- Create and update digital contents such as customer cases, e-books, inbound marketing articles, website contents, brochures for the Swedish market and occasionally for the rest of the group
- Coordinating with and managing agency partners
- Project lead B2B events, seminars, webinars, fairs & exhibitions
- Be involved with projects relating to search engine optimization, website updates, social media and email automation
Desired qualifications and experience
- Degree in communications or marketing, preferably university degree
- Proven track record in a similar position, with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to write compelling and easy-to-understand content based on technical background texts
- Ability to generate new ideas to develop communications and marketing
- Ability to market Etteplan brand via all different platforms and channels
- Good skills in InDesign or equal program
- Strong relationship builder
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Some travelling for meetings, events, fairs, etc. is required.
