As the Marketing Communication coordinator you are responsible for coordinating marketing collaterals and activities for the client's Industrial Technique MVI division. Your mission is to contribute to strengthen the coordination and implementation of our Go To Market collaterals supporting our overall value proposition. You will follow-up that good processes are implemented across the division and are aligned with the marketing communication strategy and plan. The marketing communications strategy includes both online and offline communications channels. It is part of your mission to continuously grow the consistency, quality, efficiency and measure the attractiveness of the MVI communication and marketing content in order to support the Sales and generate leads.
Role Description
• Support the MVI Marketing team to deploy the marketing activity plan with high efficiency by bringing your expertise.
• Plan and implement the client's communication strategy/plan for marketing collaterals.
• Coordination of content creation of all MVI collaterals, such as videos, PowerPoint, web and social media content together with the client's partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate and distribute the client's marketing content towards different internal and external stakeholders like customer centers, internal communication platforms and external channels.
• Support MVI product launches and marketing key activities by acting as a project coordinator.
• Own the administration of MVI projects, assets and pipeline.
• Follow up the results with key performance indicators and reporting of marketing activities.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and presentations.
Experience & Skills
• Experience in project management
• Experience in digital marketing and inbound marketing is necessary
• Good communication skills in a global and international environment
2-5 years prior experience of working in a communication role is necessary, preferably in a business to business environment.
The successful candidate will have a high level of project coordination skills, a good appreciation of graphic design, an understanding of digital communications, as well as excellent organizational and administrative skills. You understand easily the business and know how to drive your communication expertise to support our Marketing team.
You will have the desire and ability to develop communications skills further over time, through coaching and hands-on experience. Be a competent user of various IT packages, such as databases, content management and reporting systems, Microsoft Office, be familiar with content marketing technologies, and be eager to learn new IT technologies when needed.
Knowledge
• Business level English both written and spoken
• Expertise of media and communications technologies
• Solid expertise with Adobe Suite, MS office and professional in PowerPoint
Educational requirements
• University 4 years degree, preferably digital marketing or communications related
