YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will drive business growth by supporting countries in establishing a strong & differentiated position in the market to attract brand new customers, through leading a network of Marketing Clusters of shared "Attract level" content creation.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and facilitate a market cluster way of creating 'Attract' communication which secures engagement, good leadership and cooperation among markets
• Lead the development of tools and methods to help countries working together to strengthen the brand position
• Monitor the performance of 'Attract' communication in the markets, and identify how to continually enhance both effectiveness and efficiency
• Coach and advise Cluster Leads to develop creative content keeping in line with the IKEA tone of voice and brand guidelines, ensuring the effectiveness of its growth
• Chair the governance structure around each Cluster and establish SLA's, to ensure all countries receive marketing materials in accordance with the brief, and resolve any disputes that might arise
• Ensure legal and financial compliance in all territories covered by each Cluster
• Develop and share best practices and learning content for marketing competence development in the markets together with Market Support Learning Developers
• Provide subject matter support for the country teams, keep them informed on planned deliveries and together with the countries enable personalized communication that drives growth
• Work across functions within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses
The role is based in Malmö and you will report to the Positioning Manager in the Attract & Activate Team, part of the Market Support function.
