Volvo Cars is embarking on a substantial renewal of its commercial systems to secure a premium and seamless customer experience during the complete journey of researching, buying and using a Volvo. Decision has been made to use the Salesforce platform for this new generation of systems across Marketing, Retail Sales and Customer Service. CRM is an integral part of the Salesforce project.
In this position you will be part of a group of 10-12 people managing the existing CRM platform and ensuring a seamless transition to our next consumer engagement platform. The team is highly competent and motivated. We strive to deliver the best solutions to our sales companies, dealers and customers and embrace the Volvo Car culture.
The position consists in driving the setup of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enable Omni-channel marketing automation. You will closely work with the key business users of the various Marketing Cloud functionalities to capture their needs and requirements, shape solutions on the platform and drive their implementation through the project organization.
You will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of the delivery of the following key functional areas on Marketing Cloud: marketing automation, Social Studio, DMP and analytics.
Required qualifications
* University degree in a relevant area
* Substantial experience in digital marketing and 3+ years of experience working in Sales Force Marketing Cloud
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Experience from the car industry is meritorious
* Sales Force certification is meritorious

* You easily adapt to a changing environment
* You always look for new opportunities and like testing creative solutions
