Working here, you are a part of an inclusive and diverse workplace, where we want you to be yourself. We give you trust, ownership and flexibility in your work, and the opportunity to make an impact, directly contributing to our success. You will spend your days with collaborative, open, positive, and highly skilled people. You will learn new things, grow, and have a great time while doing so.
We're looking for a structured, creative, and proactive team member to join our Commercial Campaign Team - this team is a central part of the Marketing Department responsible for driving the global campaign and content strategy across the entire company. In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, manage key workflows such as asset delivery and copy translation, and contribute to the creation of engaging content for social and sales channels. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, maintain commercial documentation, and help bring campaigns to life across all touchpoints.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
Maintain and regularly update commercial steering documents, ensuring organizational alignment by communicating key decisions and updates across teams.
Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to marketing campaigns and activations.
Manage end-to-end copy translation workflows for paid social and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate the timely delivery of campaign assets and ensure accurate uploading into the DAM system and paid social platforms.
Support the day-to-day coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution across all marketing and sales channels.
Create and edit compelling content for social media and sales platforms using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other content creation tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to extract insights from seasonal product briefs and translate them into actionable marketing briefings.
Support community management efforts across our organic social media channels.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and share relevant insights to support content creation and campaign ideation.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Commercial Campaign Team as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
We believe you're at the beginning of your marketing career and are excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. With a can-do attitude, you're curious, organized, and proactive - someone who enjoys working with both structure and creativity. You have a strong interest in marketing, content creation, and social media, and you're eager to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Some previous experience from internships, student jobs, or school projects within marketing or content creation (a plus, but not required)
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop
An eye for detail and a basic understanding of visual content
