OM TJÄNSTEN
Radio Innovation is an international start-up with the HQs in Stockholm, that brings affordable mobile connectivity to all parts of the world, by cutting CAPEX and OPEX up to 85% for its customers (Mobile Network Operators), making it profitable to cover even the most rural areas. The antenna technology works by reducing the number of tower sites, which dramatically reduces the environmental footprint while also enabling city areas to go higher in their capacity needs without the need for building new infrastructure, but by just replacing the antennas on the existing tower sites. Radio Innovation has a mission to connect all 3,5 billion people, that lack internet access today.
In this role, you will work with various tasks in both administration and marketing. The position involves a broad role where you will, for example, work with the business's social media and website. You will assist the Head of Marketing with daily tasks that can consist of everything from creating PowerPoints, Excel sheets, booking travels or administering receipts. You will also have a chance to accompany the Head of Marketing to events in Sweden and around the world. Most importantly you will get a chance to grow in your role as you will see the many angles of a start-up and get a chance to develop a close relationship with all departments. No two days are the same and this is a perfect job for you who is motivated, a fast learner, and looks for a flexible, challenging, and fun workplace.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will assist the Head of Marketing with:
• Planning, creating, and publishing content for social media and website.
• Helping organizing events.
• Attending business trips, in Sweden and abroad.
• Administration including scheduling meetings, going through receipts, and organizing office documentation.
• Creating and updating Microsoft Office documents.
• Booking travels.
• Daily office tasks
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Has previous experience of similar tasks.
• Has relevant education from college or university.
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Has an interest in digital content and marketing.
• Has knowledge of both Swedish and English as the work takes place in both languages.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have knowledge of Wordpress and Mailchimp.
