Are you a marketing assistant with strong administrative skills and interest in technology? MultiMind is looking for a marketing assistant for our client's customer marketing team. This is a six month consultancy opportunity starting ASAP.
About our client
Our client is a successful international company in the home electronics industry and is known all over the world. The company is in the forefront of the digital revolution and is a world leader with its innovatively designed products.
You will be working with:
Administration work such as collect an consolidate campaign follow up, monthly reports, ad hoc reports, request data from the team and consolidate remind the team, create report templates, support in other administration task. Create Reports for local offices, EHQ and HQ. We require:
Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Structured mindset
Excellent skills in English and Swedish both written and spoken
Relevant working experience such as administrator within marketing or economics is merited
You are a fast learner and action oriented person that take initiatives
Suitable background
Excellent communications skills in Swedish as well as English
Excellent Microsoft Office skills with focus on MS Excel
In the role, it is important that you are service minded and a team player. You have a structured approach, analytical skills an eye for details.
