We have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Assistant Manager
As a Marketing Assistant Manager your key responsibilities are ;
Drive, implement and analyze network channel marketing plans including chains and independents. Liaise with relevant people from the organization in order to define, align, execute, and follow-up on activities. Work closely with Sales regarding special needs of Key Accounts. Merchandising - coordinate local production; update agent needs and estimates and assure/track/measure minimum required level of POS visibility.
Manage merchandise ordering process incl. the launch of an automated process between the print-/warehouse and the system provider. Initiate and drive the agent communication to ensure on time up information about promotions, new pricings or new product initiatives. Manage FLA incentive programs such as Gold Card promotions. Monitor service delivery standards at point of sales and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Three to five years of relevant marketing and/or sales experience (financial service/consumer service industry and/or packaged goods)
Retail marketing and management
Media communication
Third party relationship management
Budget management
Experience of retail marketing and/or key account management
Ability to travel intensively within the Region
Proven track record in tactical execution excellence coupled with attention to detail and follow through
Ability to track and analyze the effectiveness of programs
Required education
Business and/or Commercial College Degree
Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
Computer literacy
Personal skills;
Ability to influence and work with people in matrix and dotted line reporting structures
Experience in leading and being a Team Member of cross/functional, cross/country project teams
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels of the organization, with consumers and agent staff at level of location
Sensitivity and understanding of different ethnic groups, cultures and consumer backgrounds across several countries
Unquestionable integrity
Good interpersonal qualities and presentation skills
Show potential to grow into a Marketing Manager Role
