Write blog posts within customer support service field
Manage all social media channels
Organize events as meetups to spread the word and create brand awareness
Keep track of new conferences and events in which the Team should be involved and coordinate busy schedules.
Create presentations for on going projects.
Conduct market research
Conduct surveys
Work with SEO
Other administrative tasks
We are looking for you who:
Have 1-3 years of experience in the same position
Have experience working with SEO
Is creative and passionate about customer service field in general
Good command of english as the company's official language is english
As a person, you are ambitious, structured and goal oriented. You are passionate about communication and you are driven by creating good blog posts where its content captures the interest of visitors. You are solution-oriented and want to be part of a team that aims to deliver a top-quality service. To fit this role you need an eye for detail, but you can also see the overall picture. You also need good cooperation because this role will involve much contact with other departments at Ticketbird.
