Key responsibilities:
• Creating material for print and digital distribution, for example brochures. Product information leaflets, pricelists, material for webpages, newsletters etc.
• Creating new creative material during product launches, expos and events
• Preparing material before expos and conferences, for example booking flights and hotels, packing and shipping printed material etc. Some travelling might occur during expos, primarily in Europe.
• Other activities suitable for a marketing assistant
You have a passion for color and design, and preferably an education in Graphic Design or similar. You are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular; InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. If you have some experience in film editing we see this as a merit, but it is not strictly necessary for the role.
You are an independent, creative person who isn't afraid to take initiative and come up with new ideas. You have a flexible attitude, and can change your approach quickly as new information and assignments are presented. The job is at time fast paced with tight deadlines, so an organized approach and a can-do attitude is important.
Transoft Solutions is an international company, based in Canada, so fluency in both written and spoken Business level English is a must. Since our Aviation office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden, fluency/partial-fluency in Swedish is a merit, but not strictly necessary.
