Ria is currently looking for a Marketing assistant to join our vibrant team.
The Marketing assistant will be responsible for working with the marketing team to drive, develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Nordic. The Marketing assistant will execute against market-specific tactics to drive new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer segmentation and demonstrated experience in managing global PPC, display and paid social campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive new customer growth and ongoing ROI improvements across the region.
Responsibilities
Implement marketing strategy driven by Global Marketing in Ria digital countries in the Nordic region
Develop regional and country-specific execution plans to support digital marketing tactics such as PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social and Email
Drive and strengthen Ria's digital awareness and brand position in the region
Lead execution of ethnic and other targeted marketing plans to reach Ria's key corridors/segments
Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives
Oversee Ria's regional social presence including Facebook, Tiktok & Twitter, partner with global owners of YouTube & Instagram
Analyze regional competitors and recommend improvements to marketing strategies and messaging by country
Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans
Assist the Marketing team in developing creative and messaging strategies
Support the Product team to market ongoing pricing initiatives and seasonal promotions
Be present at events and sponsorships. Create mockups & assist with the process of premium branding of agents.
Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong background in mobile marketing, including mobile app promotion
Experience managing large scale digital marketing programs, including experience with media planning and execution - agency experience is preferred.
Social media experience including proficiency in Facebook page management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership
Strong project management skills including extensive multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
