Introduction
The marketing Assistant is part of PocketMobile's marketing team and has the prime objective to execute and drive marketing activities, in order to generate leads and finally new business for PocketMobile.

Overview task and responsibility:
1. Participate in Meetings
2. Manage CRM tools
3. Develop blog
4. Execute campaigns
5. Support campaigns
6. Manage OPT-IN databases and monthly news letter
7. Lead generation and Inside sales activities
8. Research new tools
9. Project leading
10. Manage Webinar tool

Detailed Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Participate online in agreed internal and external meetings (e.g. sales meetings)

2. Manage and develop PocketMobile's CRM tools and activities, including:
• Software administration and acting as the superuser.
• Manage the Salesforce operational day-to-day activities, including data imports, data quality check, roles, campaigns, build custom reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to the SalesForce.com users in PocketMobile.


3. Manage and develop PocketMobile's blog, including:
• Define relevant blog article topics, to be in line with PocketMobile's quarterly theme
• Manage purchasing of new content (blog articles)
• Review and secure quality of each article (language, content, copy...etc)
• Create and communicate a release plan of the blog articles, good time in advance

4. Create and execute specific marketing campaigns, including:
• For each campaign - define and communicate a Campaign Plan, (objective, target audience, messaging, dates, channel selection, campaign budget, target KPI in form of #leads, CTR etc)
• Drive implementation of the campaign (e.g. order web design, find pictures, set-up the LinkedIN campaign)

5. Support specific marketing campaign, to generate "signed ups", including:
• Supporting any of the activities that are used to create and set-up campaign (as specified above)
• Finding additional target prospects, by looking in data lists, SFDC, LinkedIN etc

6. Maintaining PocketMobile's OPT-IN databases and manage distribution of PocketMobile's monthly newsletter, including:
• Ensuring that all our OPT-IN databases are correct and ready to use for newsletters and campaigns
• In collaboration with PocketMobile's web agency create a draft monthly news letter

7. Conducting specific lead generation and Inside sales activities, including:
• Generate new leads through execution of campaigns, following up of campaigns, inbound lead follow-up through outbound cold calls, linkedIN Imails and email reach outs

8. Research new tools (IT-based marketing applications) that can help to drive inbound traffic.

9. Project leading and driving specific marketing activities, including:
• Managing the relationship to the suppliers and partners in the project (e.g. data scrubbing or lead gen activities)

10. Manage PocketMobile's Webinar tool.

• High energy level, self-motivated, and with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Creative
• Analytical - Ability to quickly understand the dynamics of the targeted verticals and customers and the value PocketMobile shall deliver into the segment
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Required Skills:
• Proven inside sales experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven experience of international business
• Deep knowledge of PreCom systems
• Deep knowledge about the logistic market in UK, Australia, New Zealand and Nordics
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM
• Experience from working with LinkedIN Sales Navigator, Zoom webinar tool
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Experience from complex business

Desired skills:
• Interest and ability to learn
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience form Software industry
• Experience from Logistics industry
• Experience of B2B sales
• Additional European language in addition to English
• Experience of digital marketing
