To support the Volvo groups vision, and our soft product growth goals we have focused our research on understanding the concept of services, what they are, and how service offerings can strengthen the Volvo group core products.
We are working with all aspects of providing customer-centric solutions that create superior lifetime value to our customers, and thereby will grow the Volvo Group?s business profitably.
You will support the Volvo Group?s Business Areas in development and design of services and solutions directed to selected customer segments
You will build a competence and contact network within the Volvo Group for these activities
You will participate in designing the framework (marketing concept, service/solution data and lifecycle management)
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
Relevant experience from Marketing, Product/Solution Lifecycle Management, or Business Development, in a business-to-business market
Experience from having dealt with companies who make the transition from product to service
You must have a clear business and customer/market focus
Broad experience from research, development, marketing and/or management of services & aftermarket offerings
You should have good communication and presentation skills, be a relationship builder and be able to create personal networks within and outside the Volvo Group, and be willing to share your knowledge with others
You must posses personal drive and a mindset of working towards set objectives
Good at oral communication, speaks clearly, fluently in English, other languages is a merit
