ABB is the market leader in transformer service, with a broad portfolio that spans from installation to end of life services. ABB helps customers to optimize and manage their transformer assets by offering advanced monitoring systems and expert services to repairs and spare parts. Our portfolio covers not only ABB transformers but also several legacy brands. Our main market is Sweden, but we also serve global markets for Monitoring, Reactors and HVDC Transformer services.

Collaborating with other ABB service units and global sales channels is a natural part of our business. You will be based at ABB Transformer Service in Ludvika, a cluster and knowledge center of high voltage systems, primary products and services.

Do you want to take on the challenge to develop and grow the Service unit's sales? You will lead the Marketing and Sales department, being responsible to create, plan and execute activities to grow the business on assigned markets and products. You need to drive customer value in offers, portfolio and execution to the next level, bringing profitable business to both the customer and ABB. Empowering and develop your sales staff and stakeholders capabilities in the business process is a vital component, as is the need to handle cultural differences in a truly international environment. The position entails business trips and meetings with customers and other business partners worldwide.

The successful candidate holds a Bachelor of Science or equivalent along with experience from leading positions within marketing and sales. Adding to that you are familiar with both product and solutions sales. Fluency in both English and Swedish is a requirement. Experience from after sales or the high voltage industry are meriting. On a personal level you are costumer focused and strategic minded, as well as a team builder who motivates others. You have a strong sales drive and ability to communicate proactively and drive shared visions. To succeed you need a respectful attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
