As our Marketing and Sales Manager at High Voltage Surge Arresters, you will have a key role where your main focus will be to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies. Furthermore, you will drive and manage the utilization of the whole process - from initial customer contacts to design, installation solutions and business development. Ensuring the development of our channels and markets, setting goals and budgets, as well as creating and executing action plans will also be part of your daily agenda. You will also be a key player in the Surge Arresters Management team.
This is a highly visible role where you will both lead our technical resources and sales engineers and collaborate with our global sales team. In other words, this position offers you great opportunities to both widen your network worldwide as well as deepen your skills.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably combined with leadership experience and management of strategic and operative assignments. Several years' experience in international sales, marketing and customer's interfaces within OEM, Utilities, EPC's and industry market, is also a plus. Since you will be part of a global business, proficiency in English, written and spoken alike, is needed. You are a natural leader with a strategic, visionary and responsive mindset. Combining this with your strong drive to make change you inspire your team to great performance.
