hela Sverige We are looking for a Marketing Manager to AkzoNobel Pulp and Performance Chemicals, Fine Chemicals and Separation Products. In the role of Marketing Manager you will maximize the customer awareness of our products by managing and leading the implementation of marketing strategies. You will ensure a security of product supply, by running demand planning according to the Sales and Operations Planning process. It's your responsibility to lead and coach the different groups and team members within the marketing department.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Create and drive the marketing strategy that maximizes revenue, profitability and market share for the segment/market
• Lead market communication and branding
• Responsibility for People management
• Lead and drive the Commercial Excellence yearly governance cycle
• Ensure that Separation Products and Fine Chemicals are running demand planning according to the Sales & Operations process.
• Master's Degree or equivalent in chemical engineering or chemistry
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and sales of products with high technical level of complexity
• Experience from leading, engaging and coaching others is desirable
• Excellent knowledge in English. Preferably also fluent in German or another European language
To be successful in this position we believe that you have strong communication skills, both oral and in writing. You are skilled at organizing, prioritizing workflow, and coordinating the work of others.
Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full time basis located in Bohus. The Marketing Manager reports to the Manager Marketing & Sales Fine Chemicals and Separation Products.
