About Cognibotics

With a product portfolio containing both add-on components that enhance performance of classical robots, as well as new robot designs with record breaking reach, speed, precision and stiffness, we help our customers improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency by providing top performing robot solutions for demanding production tasks.
The team
We are about 35 employees collaborating towards our vision: 'A sustainable and prosperous society in which companies and the many workers benefit from robots including Cognibotics' technologies, for quality of working life and human dignity', which also reflects that our robots work with less energy due to the lower moving mass of carbon-fiber composites. The team consists of hand-picked robot experts within a variety of disciplines such as control algorithms, machine learning, and software technologies. We also develop a next-generation robot language and real-time machine control platform for future robot programming and control, upon which advanced application development is also done with industrial partners.
About the job
As Marketing and communication officer you will make sure that our brand, product and services and their values are clearly communicated towards our market. Collaborate with our product managers, sales and engineering teams to create attractive digital experiences that our customers will be excited about and build stories around how our products and services will bring value to our customers. Enhance engagement through social media, video creation, websites, landing pages, campaigns, SEO content and product engagement.
Your qualifications
To be successful in the role as Marketing and communication officer we believe that you should:
• has demonstrated skills of converting complex tech information and structures into easy to grasp B2B marketing messages.
• has experience of working with several cross-functional teams and a proven track record of working in a fast-moving environment with many contact points. Leading teams is a big plus.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish (German is a plus), with the ability to tailor content to different audiences
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong understanding of Marketing & Communications
• Copywriting and editing skills
• Some knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc)
• An understanding of Wordpress, SEO tactics, Hootsuite a distinct advantage
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects
• Flexibility and adaptability, with experience in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Competent use of standard Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
