Do you want to be a part of our future? We are extending our team and are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Global Marketing Department Team at our headquarters in Gothenburg!

More than 20 years ago, we started with a simple mission, and now our solutions help doctors acquire, retain, and enhance their endovascular therapy skills helping them improve patient outcomes worldwide. We have regional offices in the US, Europe, Brazil, India, China, and Japan while our headquarters office is in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We have a great global team with a passion for marketing and sales, that is now looking for a skilled, engaged and innovative person to complement our Global Marketing Department. The position is a fulltime employment, located in our HQ office in Gothenburg, reporting to the Director of Marketing, also located in Sweden.
About the role
As Marketing Analyst you will, together with our Marketing Team, have the overall responsibility of our CRM System Salesforce and contribute with new ideas, plan and implement sales-driving and loyalty-creating activities with the goal of maintaining and activating new and existing customers. In this role you will have a great possibility to impact Mentice business development. The Marketing Analyst will act as internal expert identifying, recommending, implementing continuous improvements and analytics.
More specifically about the role (but not limited to):
A hands-on role to deliver messages across channels and support the overall communication function within Marketing
Analyze business needs and translate to technical terminology and requirements
Document business processes and determine best practices
Strategic ownership of Salesforce administration functions
Perform training for users, tracking utilization and help to increase adoption of CRM / CMS technologies
Moreover, we are looking for you who have
At least 2 years of experience within Salesforce
Salesforce certified administrator/platform developer
Experience within marketing and CRM
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications/Systems or equivalent
Execution oriented and takes initiative
A team player with good communication skills
Values great customer experience and service
Proficient communication skills English, oral and written
Nice to have
Experience in the Medical Device Industry is a merit
Experience in any of the following systems is a bonus; Hubspot, Jira, LogMeIn, Conga, Wordpress and MS Dynamics
Experience in an international environment
