About the role The Marketing Analyst will ensure Retail Management excellence by driving and providing conclusions in Customer and Retail Marketing related analysis and evaluation work, and move beyond analysis and reach for action, to increase retail marketing efficiency and sell-out.
Responsibilities and tasks Evaluate sell-out data together with specified retail marketing activities
Suport the right departments (sales, optimization etc.)
Identify and manage various sources of data and information
Develop tools and processes to improve capability across the team and make it visual and impactful
Proactively lead analyses to address business needs, opportunities and issues
Provide feedback, insights and recommendations for improving business performance and profitability
Ensure deliverables with clear actionable recommendation s and drive action to contribute toward commercialized ideas and customer team success
Run local retail mapping updates in provided model
Reporting to C-level managers
The profile This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong numerical and analytical skills. More specifically, we are looking for someone with:
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration , E conomics, S tatistics, E ngineering etc.
Preferably 1-2 years experience from a similar role (e.g. Junior Business Controller, Market Intelligence Analyst etc.)
Considerable experience in data validation and cross reference comparisons
Advanced Excel competence
Fluency in English
Preferably Tableau, Qlik Sens, Power BI or similar BI system knowledge
