In the position as Technical Support Manger you will work with 8 Market Units within region AM&APAC. In this role you will have a key position in the communication between the market unit, GLAM support functions and quality team delivering superior support.
This position is the technical support and link between the market units and central functions.
Excellent social skills, holistic view, acceptance of different cultures and good technical understanding are of importance for a successful candidate.
The position offers excellent opportunities to use your own initiative and to carry out continuous improvements to the procedures, process and work management.

Qualifications
• You have a high School degree (equal to Swedish "Tekniskt Gymnasium") or higher in engineering
• Basic engine and electrical knowledge
• Workshop experience, preferably with Volvo Penta products
• Understanding of quality work
• Speaks and writes in English and Swedish fluently, other languages are beneficiary
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of internal Volvo systems such as Argus
Personal Skills
• Excellent social skills
• Used to communicate with different levels of staff and people with different cultural background
• Customer focus is mandatory
