hela Sverige In this role, you have the opportunity to
be responsible for the 3-rd parties procurement in Services and Solutions in Health Systems and Industrial cluster for the Nordics region.
You will provide expertise to ensure qualitative, on-time and competitive services/products are delivered to stakeholders/customers maximizing the leverage/revenue for Philips, so the organization can benefit from economies of scale in spend management, while ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery.
You are responsible for
Sourcing activities: suppliers pre-selection, RFI and RFQ processes, commercial terms negotiations. Ensure timely contracts and delivery of materials / services necessary against the best possible terms to execute projects and services in the region.
Ensuring, in cooperation with the Global Commercial Operations Supply Manager, that adequate actions are in place and followed up for continuous quality and supply improvements such as, but not limited to, reduction of cost, non-quality and lead time with critical component management where needed
Creating a clear savings list on resale parts & services and keep track of these savings with regularly status reports. This for both new buy and replacement products during their entire service life
Working effectively with all levels of management, other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure that the process requirement / improvement needs are met, in an accurate and timely manner
Reducing and/or optimizing the 3rd party supplier base and the master data
Following all relevant business and Q&R policies and procedures and when requested participating in reviews and follow-up actions. Together with Q&R: maintaining the approved supplier list, collecting all necessary documents to on-board new supplier, taking part in suppliers risk assessment and audits.
You are part of the
Procurement team in Nordics, which consist of 2 people.
You will be reporting to the Market Procurement leader RCA and Nordics.
>100 IMS procurement colleagues all over the world.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree within relevant area (engineering or finance)
3-5 years of relevant experience within sourcing in services and/or Bill of material
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and Swedish language
Experience from a matrix organization in a global environment
