hela Sverige For our customer we are looking for 2 Market Operations Administrators.
Job Function: To assist incoming and current members with different kinds of set up's and support issues. Most of the tasks are technical related such as providing access to new products and markets.
Job Skills Required: Technical competence from the financial industry, preferably from an IT department, Customer Support or similar. Knowledge about financial markets and products. Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability in English both verbally and in writing. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience from INET, Genium Inet and CLICK and SECUR is an advantage.
Additional Information: This position will give you the opportunity to work in the very heart of our customers markets. You will be performing important tasks within the areas of member support. You will get a good understanding about the whole chain from trade to expiration and settlement. We also work closely with the teams that operate both Equity, Derivatives and Commodities markets including futures and options, equities and fixed income and power contracts. You will be part of a team responsible for helping both incoming and current members with different kinds of set up's and support issues. Most of the tasks are technical configuration related such as providing market and new product access. It is also an exciting opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills and at the same time gain more knowledge and understanding of the different markets and products. You will be part of a qualified team and work with interesting and complex high quality products. It's crucial that you are a team player.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: two positions, one position end date September 2012 and one position end date December 31th 2012.
