Do you want to join our great team of Market Managers within Consumer Sales?
We offer a temporary (one year) position in a fast moving and constantly developing sales organisation - where the colleagues are competent and where you will make excellent working experiences. You will report to Sales Operations Nordic, Manager for Consumer Market Management. You will be located in Solna.
Job Description
You will focus on improving the value in being a Vattenfall customer (retention) and as a result thereby reducing churn, maintain good customer communications and contacts, develop services, set up and manage campaigns connected to customer life cycle as well as cross-selling and up-selling.
Qualifications
• Good knowledge and extensive experiences within sales and marketing to consumers including development of offerings, services and products
• Understanding of customer needs
• Proven ability in customer relationship management
• Experience from hands on duties within sales and customer communication in multi-channels
• Ability to plan and coordinate large number of sales and marketing initiatives and make prioritisations according to targets and objectives
• Experience from the Nordic electricity market will be considered as a merit
• Good economical insights
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
To be successful as a Market Manager in Vattenfall you need social skills, personal maturity, a customer centric focus, business orientation, a strong driving force and a true wish to work hands on with customer related tasks.
