Vattenfall Sales offers a range of products within the electricity market. We act on a strongly competitive and dynamic market. On the consumer market our customers range from, small and medium size companies and private consumers.

Job Description
The position focus on improving the value of being a Vattenfall customer by turning energy related product and services ideas into sales opportunities and sales, incl. revenue responsibility, and as a result thereby largely increasing our sales of ERPS as well as also contributing to; the reduction of churn, maintain good customer communications and contacts, set up and manage campaigns connected to customer life cycle as well as cross-selling and up-selling.

We offer a position in an exiting situation - where the development is fast, the colleagues are competent and where you will make good working experiences. You will report to Sales Operations Nordic, Manager Existing Customers.

Qualifications
• Good knowledge and extensive experiences within sales and marketing for consumers; developing offerings, services and products, understanding and delivering upon customer needs
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and create a new market, i.e. create combination offers of different kinds in cooperation with other Market Managers
• Proven ability in customer relationship management
• Experience from hands on duties within sales and customer communication in sales to consumers in multi-channels
• Ability to plan and coordinate large number of sales and marketing initiatives and make priorities according to targets and objectives
• Good business administration insight
• Advanced English knowledge
