We are looking for a Market Manager Channels to join our Brand and Go-to-market team. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you 'll do
As a Market Manager Channels you will work together with your Brand & Go-to-Market team members and representants for the different channels and commercial teams to develop and secure the go-to-market process. You will be responsible for implementing and creating engagement around market plans in the go-to-market process to meet financial and brand targets.
The role includes to prepare and lead tactical forums with key stakeholders and secure decisions, follow-up and execution of campaigns, pricing, communications and internal education across channels. You will be an active and forward-looking representative of our brand internally.
Finally, you will be responsible for market plan related information flow to distribution channels, including incidents, routines/processes and larger initiatives.
Who you are
We believe that you have previous experience of managing complex projects with different stakeholders and experience from Telecom Sales Channels is beneficial. You have strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence others. Furthermore, you have a strong belief of purpose-driven organizations and always strive to do things in a smarter and more efficient way in order to deliver results. You:
* Are a team-player who believes in collaboration
* Have a systematic approach and are great at creating structure to coordinate different workstreams
* Ability to see the full picture beyond the details
* Have a flexible, innovative and pragmatic approach with the will to find new ways to solve questions
* Are fluent in Swedish and English since we are a multinational company with many different nationalities
