Your mission will be to drive ROI mindset and delivers transparent reporting of business performance and partner with other functions to increase sales and profitability through improved decision making. Leads local projects / initiatives to optimize ROI.
• Prepare monthly business update and quarterly forecast
• Re-design, deploy and prepare regular management reporting and ad hoc reports
• Prepare and attend ad-hoc business reviews
• Work closely with colleagues from across the business, including the Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Finance teams
• Understand brand goals and strategies as well as company's financial policies and provide analyses to help marketing, education and sales achieve
goals
• Coordinate with local marketing & education team to review marketing, education and promotional business plan: Provide financial assessment of
proposed programs for go/no-go decisions support and support cascading choices
• Prepare annual marketing budget and quarterly budget update
• Drive local marketing spending ROI and Promotional ROI
• Ensure proper allocation of spending across brands and cost buckets
• SOX Controls
• Highly numerate with strong Excel and Financial Modelling skills, be analytical and inquisitive by nature and be able to understand and spot trends in
complex data and interpret them
• Background in financial analysis or management accounting
• Ability to explain complex concepts and problems in simple terms, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the hierarchy
• Good organizational skills to proactively manage workload and use time efficiently for completing projects consistently and on time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good business judgment
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with ERP Systems: SAP/ Hyperion / BW beneficial but not required
