Market Equation Manager
As Market Equation Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the market equation: pricing, volumes & sales mix, for each future car program and soft offer with a global approach. You will also manage the sales volume plan on a global level. In your work you will have a lot of interaction with our in-market organizations as well as internal functions in developing the business case for the company.
A keen sense of business and how to manage a complex offer structure in a highly competitive consumer market is vital. Strong analytical skills and financial understanding is taken for granted in this position. The ability to intellectually move quickly between discussions on numbers, customers, products and business will be valuable. And mostly, that you enjoy being part of a great team and that you like responsibility and quick decisions.
The position is based in Gothenburg, with a global responsibility.
Responsibilities and tasks
To develop and set the full customer offer- Work with volume, specification, price/monthly fee, soft offer
• Set volume, volume targets and take rates/ sales mix
• Be the right hand for the Sr. CPL in business related input to the project
• Set resale offer and price/monthly fee
Requirements
• B.Sc. Marketing or similar. MBA or equivalent would be advantageous
• Experience from pricing and packaging of complex products and service offers
• Strong excel and business analytical skills, financial focus, customer value understanding
• Team player
• Strong business acumen
• Versatile
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Enjoying working in a fast paced changing environment
• Having fun at work!
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Ability to travel
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
