As Market Development Manager, you will be part of the Global Sales team for the Motor Starting and Safety Product Group. Would you like to play a key role and join our team on this exciting journey? Your responsibilities:
Contribute to Local Product Group strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solutions.
Analyze customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market.
Participate in internal work groups in order to share knowhow, processes and market information.
Collaborate with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the commercial strategy.
Cooperate with Global Product Management on product marketing launch development plans and ensure efficient and effective execution together with the Area and Regional Sales Managers.
Identify partnership opportunities and participate in the definition of partnerships agreements together with Product Group.
Ensure budget (Volumes, Orders, Net Price Variance) and profitable growth targets are achieved in the respective countries and for all assigned Product Lines.
Closely follow up on agreed Business Plans with the Local Sales Organizations.

Your background:
Bachelors' degree in electrical engineering is preferred
3+ years' experience in the Automation industry
3+ years' sales and/or marketing experience
Strong interest in developing knowledge related to Machinery directive and Machine safety standards
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Strong determination in providing results, executing agreed plans and strategic thinking
Team player with strong customer focus orientation
Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently
Excellent command of English is required, Swedish is highly preferred
