TeamMate AM is the powerful, award winning audit management system that has revolutionised the audit process. TeamMate is used by more than 100,000 auditors from more than 2,500 organisations in 120 countries and is the industry standard in Audit Management Systems. TeamMate CM is our newly launched SOX compliance software product.

Job Purpose: We are looking for a successful and focused person who will be passionate about our business. A software product expert who is challenging, competitive, aggressive and has a passion for immersing themselves into the client methodology. This role is primarily concerned with the "deep dive" demo element of the sales cycle, including custom demonstrations (based on client key requirements including addressing pain points, ease of use, flexibility to configure and mapping to existing processes). Specific duties include participating personally in large opportunities, responding to RFI/RFPs, promoting best practices in our everyday sales efforts and management of related data (leads, opportunities, contacts, accounts) in Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate an expert understanding to convey value proposition of TeamMate products
• Understand Internal Audit corporate space
• Contribute to the sales cycle from lead qualification through to closure including scoping of implementation plan based on understanding of client requirements and appetite to adapt and change
• Create and maintain positive client relationships within the global TeamMate network
• Maintain accurate and up to date client records of all sales activity
• Represent company at trade association meetings and exhibitions to promote products

Additional:
• Ability to deal and negotiate with senior management in corporations and government agencies
• Work with existing clients to ensure TeamMate continues to support ongoing needs
• Maintain good working relationship with TeamMate Training, Technical Support and Technical Services
• Continue product/industry knowledge growth
• Contribute to user interface and product documentation translation review efforts
• Maintain knowledge of competitive products and services
• Travel Required: 60%

Experience:
• Internal Audit or public accounting background experience an advantage
• Strong understanding of technology and software applications
• Ability to continuously manage a sales pipeline and multiple projects/clients
• Effective organisation skills and team player
• Responding to RFIs and RFPs (tenders)

Personal Attributes:
• A challenger who brings new ideas to the table with the ability to teach the customer new findings they didn't know about their organisation and make the customer think from a different perspective
• Have the ability to teach (unique perspective), tailor (right message to the right person) and take control (pressure customer in a non-aggressive manner)
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to plan and organise themselves in order to meet deadlines.
• Flexible in travel commitments
• Strong communication skills with a consultative focus to engage audiences in presentations
• Ability to adjust easily to changing or unexpected demands and changing priorities
• Must be computer literate and learn to effectively and appropriately communicate technical jargon
• Bilingualism (Swedish/English) considered mandatory
• Fluency in another European language maybe an advantage

Education Level: University degree. Accounting and/or auditing designation advantage.
