Let's introduce ourselves
As a Market Cluster Lead you will join our Direct Digital Marketing Team and report to the global campaigns and operations lead. The marketing organisation is currently transforming to meet our future ambitions and you will join a dynamic environment with marketing colleagues from across the world.
We are investing in new platforms and talents with the ambition to drive our digital marketing agenda. Our ambition is to deliver one-to-few outbound programs and campaigns at scale across all direct communication channels to our known consumer base to build direct consumer relationships. Overall, the team is made of about 20 people and has a global responsibility.
Your role
We are looking for take responsibility and lead direct digital operations in selected markets.
• Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to plan and oversee direct digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate and execute direct digital campaigns and programs within assigned markets in collaboration with local, regional and central teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for direct digital-related questions from markets in your region.
• Continuously gather and structure local requirements to enhance the performance of direct digital marketing across all markets, ensuring culturally relevant and personalized campaigns.
• Drive ongoing improvements in work processes, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Monitor the quality and performance of our direct digital communications and take necessary corrective actions.

We are looking for someone who is structured, dedicated to deliver, and comfortable working across the organisation with multiple teams. To be successful in this role you will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent ability to structure complex challenges, strong analytical skills, and a leadership style with focus on delivering. You are a collaborator that builds trusts with others and has a positive mind-set and is not afraid to challenge the status quo. You communicate with clarity, are an active listener and that convey points in a conceiving, inspiring and decisive manner. You have brilliant presentations skills to be able to present with impact on executive level.
You are experienced in managing marketing activities for a global brand and have a solid understanding of Direct Digital Marketing/CRM. Most of all, you share our values and ambition, and are eager to lead our transformational agenda!

Your Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years proven experience with CRM, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) context.
• In-depth understanding of email performance tactics and their integration within Omnichannel strategies.
• Proven leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated capability in translating business strategies into actionable plans.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects in a global / multi-market environment.
• English fluently
