hela Sverige We are now looking for a Market and Product Development Manager for our Packaging Solutions division. The division provides fibre-based board materials and corrugated packaging products and services that are designed for a wide array of applications. Our renewable high-end packaging solutions serve leading converters, brand owners and retailers - including those in e-commerce that are looking to optimise performance, drive innovation and improve their sustainability.
Tasks
Stora Enso Packaging is a leading manufacturer of renewable packaging solutions. Through our innovation focus, we help our customers shift to more environmentally friendly and renewable packaging. Our award-winning solutions have, thanks to our innovative design, helped our customers to reduce transportation and warehousing costs, increase sales and eliminate plastic from packaging. Do you want to be involved in developing the environmentally friendly packaging of the future?
Your main task will be to analyse the internal and external situation and educate the organization; joint with business unit's head, set the business strategy for Sweden, and ensure execution cross the organization. You will also ensure that interfaces to other functions are working, and that company rules and regulations are followed.
Moreover, you will drive continuous improvements towards the strategy and the business targets cross the organization, as well as lead and develop the work in design, innovation, new product development, marketing and communication, and product management.
Requirements
You have a university degree, combined with a result-oriented and communicative attitude. You can bring people together from different parts of the organisation and see yourself as an analytical and strategic thinker, who enjoys describing long-term opportunities and development.
Ability to prioritize conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong oral and written communication skills, together with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization, describe you, in addition to strong interpersonal, collaborative, influencing and leadership skills.
