We are now looking for a Market and Customer Insights Manager to join our Market Intelligence team. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Our stakeholder landscape is expanding, and so is our business, requiring stronger and continued insights to feed into the business. In this role, you will:

Develop and lead an ongoing customer feedback management program to achieve a stronger competitive advantage - capturing, managing, analyzing, and applying customer knowledge to help Axis' business win, serve, and retain customers:

Managing key aspects of customer research projects, including designing methodology, developing questionnaires and other instruments, conducting and analyzing research and presenting findings in a way that is clear, easily understood and actionable.
Collaborating to quantitative & qualitative research projects, ensuring key marketing projects are designed with the customer at the heart, by working cross-functionally with other teams Maintain Axis' stakeholder's model so it is relevant to the company's business today and in the future:
Working with the Sales and Marketing teams to maintain, implement and promote relevant definitions and descriptions of Axis' customers and partners, and ensuring implementation across teams. Manage core market research reports and analysis:
Responsible for the analysis of core market reports, with the ability to see the big picture from scattered pieces of information and to structure and present results from analysis in a way that is clear and easily understood by the relevant audience.
Responsible for the development and relationship with market research vendors
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?? We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong business acumen, collaborative skills, and experience of working in an international environment. You have the ability to work cross-functionally and you enjoy networking, understanding the vital importance of building a 'trusted advisor' relationship with our internal stakeholders at HQ and in our regional offices. Furthermore, you are an experienced market researcher, with a demonstrated ability to understand market drivers. You have:

A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and proven track record in marketing and insights (customer/market data analysis)
Experience in project management
Knowledge of survey platforms and understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods and how to apply the right one(s) to achieve the business objectives
Ability to guide others along the best decision-making path, helping them make sense of the data and what it means in a marketing context
Ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize data and information
Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
You are fluent in written and spoken English and fully proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
