The purpose of the Market & Communication Manager within Traffic Management is to:
*
Work jointly with Head of TM to strengthen the quality within M&S (Clear view of TM pipeline, good quality within CRM and increased quality in WB decisions)
*
Ensure utilization and collaboration with Operational Countries (OPC) and Group Marketing & Sales (GM&S)
*
Cooperate with GM&S and sales to secure market strategies and long term order intake plans (LTOIP); Country Market planning
*
Ensure an overview of all ongoing marketing activities and sales pipeline within Traffic Management, and report in Surveillance Business board
*
Responsible for TM part of the market module in CRM and secure that TM M&S teams are working according to Saab processes and brand
*
Assure Regional Plans for TM are established within GM&S and OPC
*
Having overall insight in TM's performance on each market
*
Assure ATM, PSS, SS and TTP establish Key Account plans for them, meaning long term product road maps for each key customer
*
Responsible for leading and driving communication and securing our common messages cross the unit
*
Planning, producing, publishing, executing and evaluate content for channels such as; events, campaigns, websites and social media from a stakeholder perspective
*
Responsible for Traffic managements internal communication as newsletters, intranet articles, conferences, profiling and roll out of strategies and business plan
The role reports directly to Head of BU traffic Management and indirectly also to the Head of Communication for Saab Business Area Surveillance.
Your profile
For this position we need you to have:

Complete understanding and experience of modern communications techniques and platforms
*
Several years of writing press releases, web and social media content
*
Experience in ordering and Managing complex cooperating projects with various communication agencies
*
You are well organized, methodical and analytical. You enjoy taking responsibility and working hands-on in diverse projects combined with a strategic competence
*
It is crucial that you have a collaborative way - at Saab we believe that teamwork creates results!
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Traffic Management (TM) serves air traffic and marine customers around the globe with advanced solutions that enables safe and efficient movement of people and goods. There are currently five operating units within TM; Air Traffic Management Safety and efficiency (ATM S&E) provides airport surface safety and efficiency systems and tools; Air traffic Management Tower Solutions (ATM TS) provides tower automation and advanced research, development and evaluation solutions; Maritime Traffic Management (MTM) solutions include Automatic Identification Systems (AIS); Public Safety solutions (PSS) is a unit that develops business critical management systems, globally, used by ambulance, police, emergency services, airports, and safe transports with focus on performance, reliability and configurability. The operating unit Security Solutions (SS) focuses on security solutions for Correction centers, governmental buildings, and hospitals.
Location for this role: Linköping, Gothenburg or Växjö.
