Location: Eslöv, Sweden
Report to: Market Manager - Europe
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and analyse European volume forecasting
Involve in bi-annual forecasting meetings
Assist in making short term forecasts for Europe by market and Business Line (BL) in co-operation with the Regional Hubs
Support the Business Line Vice Presidents (BL VP's)
Assist in collection, interpretation and analyses of retail, market share, total market and order and shipment performance/development
Collect, analyze and report weekly and monthly retail and order reports by market and BL
Update the monthly rolling forecasts
Assist in analysis, interpretation and presentation of Volvo performance, total market trends, competitor information and performance
Assist in the collection and analyses of Volvo and competitor pricing and margins across Europe
Supporting the preparation for the board papers regarding volumes
Continually review and suggest improvements to the processes
Will take part in other adhoc project, when required
Skills & Experiences:
University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Have worked in a similar Marketing function
Excellent knowledge in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
A team player with excellent communication skills
Attention to details
Analytical and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast moving and multi-cultural environment
Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
Fluency in verbal & written English and a second European Language will be advantageous
Willingness & able to travel
