We are a Shared Service center, and our mission is to deliver cost effective and value added services to the Nordic Business Units and Business Group Functions. Main areas of service include IT Services, Facility Management & Services, Real Estate Asset Management, HR-Services, Com Services, Purchasing and Accounting. We presently employ close to 630 people in Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
Market Analyst
ComServices serves as the internal communication agency for Vattenfall Nordic, providing services within communications and analysis to Business Group Nordic and to Vattenfall Group Functions. The service delivery presently includes web, media, events, marketing services as well as analysis services.
Energy Market Analysis delivers a wide range of products and services to both Nordic Business Units and Business Group Functions within market analysis (including market research into customer satisfaction/loyalty, customer needs, branding and communication), competitor analysis and business environment analysis. The analyses support strategy planning, business planning and communication across the organisation. The unit Energy Market Analysis currently employs 8 persons.
Main responsibilities
• Manage analysis projects and carry out market, competitor and business environment analyses on the Nordic energy markets in close co-operation with Nordic Business Units and Business Group Functions
• Further develop our products and services under the concept of Shared Service Analysis in order to fulfil the analysis needs in the organisation
• Participate in networks and working groups within the analysis area on both Business Group Nordic and Business Group level
• Compiling newsletters and reports and conducting presentations of studies and analyses
Qualifications
• Academic degree within relevant field
• Experience from working with market, competitor and/or business environment analysis
• Competence within the market research area
• Experience from working with Nordic and/or European energy issues is qualifying
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish and/or Danish)

• A genuine interest to follow and analyse the energy market, our competitors and the business environment of Vattenfall
• A creative and flexible approach
• Ability to draw conclusions from complex causal relationships
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships and networks within Vattenfall
