Job description:
• Classification survey of ships in operation
• Inspection of maritime equipment
• Auditing service suppliers, manufacturers and work shops
• Maintain fluent communication and cooperation with clients and authorities
• Contribute to further development and growth of RINA
Qualifications, knowledge and skills:
• Formal qualifications in naval architecture or marine engineering
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of hull, machinery, materials, equipment and safety systems
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as class surveyor, owner, superintendent, shipyard quality control inspector or chief engineer on board of merchant ships
• Ability to work in team and in an international environment
• Ability to manage conflicts and have a proactive customer focus
• Being fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish language
• Being able to use laptop professionally
• Having a valid driving license
• Is prepared to travel frequently for professional activities

RINA Sweden is looking for one marine surveyor, based in Stockholm area to support RINA vessels trading Swedish ports and to do inspections of maritime equipment all over Sweden.
The office will move during 2018 to Strandbergsgatan 61 in Stockholm.
