Head office is situated in Cambridge, United Kingdom. We are urgently looking for a Marine Engineer to AVEVA AB located in Malmö, Sweden, former known as Tribon Solutions AB and Kockums Computer Systems AB.
As a Marine Support Engineer you will be working as an integral part of the Group Solution Centre's Marine Product Support Team, supporting the Marine Products from AVEVA Development through to Customer deployment and feedback. Principal Accountabilities are management of support enquiries to satisfactory conclusion in product functionality and best practice. Support/assist Local Support Offices to reach accurate customer satisfaction measures. Support/assist perform demos, benchmarks and training when required. Prepare/perform test schemes on Marine products, install Tribon software in test environment and maintain the test projects. Support Product development for setting directives on future development.
It is of essential importance to have an ability to communicate product issues between customers and colleagues and to clearly document this information.
We require experience and knowledge of shipbuilding engineering practices and deliverables, to be a CAD designer with Tribon Mx Early Design & Hull experience, have good oral and written communication skills, strong sense of customer satisfaction measures, ability to trouble shoot and be a good team player and able to work in flexible environment.
