ABOUT THE POSITION
Production is the heart of Exeger and is where we manufacture our solar cells to meet customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery - maximizing efficiency and driving excellence. The Manufacturing Team Lead, as part of the production team, ensures manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Your responsibilities
As our new Manufacturing Team Lead you are responsible for your team and assembly line, making sure that processes run efficient and in accordance with set objectives upholding quality and yield. Areas of responsibilities include:
• Managing a team of 20-25 production operators
• Lead daily improvement meeting with manufacturing teams and Production Managers.
• Organize trainings for new SOP and machines in production to maintain competence matrix
• Maintain and improve production systems, e.g. ERP system, OEE system, 5S
• Release new SOP and WO including quantity, yield etc.
• Participate in weekly meetings production plan approval meetings
• Collect and report KPIs on daily and monthly basis.

You have a strong business acumen and are goal- and result driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, we believe that you see possibilities instead of problems. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• Previous experience from managing teams within the manufacturing industry.
• Used to leading people through change
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
