Xbrane is a company focused on developing biosimilar products to make essential drugs accessible to underserved populations worldwide.
Now you have the opportunity to join an innovative and growing team within the development of Biosimilars. We are recruiting a Manufacturing Manager - finished goods. In this role, you will focus on labeling and packaging in the late stages of biosimilar product development and commercialization. This includes CMO management and oversight, coordination of internal and external activities during the tech transfer of manufacturing processes from development to commercial scale.
About the position and you
In this position, you will participate in defining requirements and processes for finished goods (labeling, packaging) to meet market criteria. You will be the key person for the relationship with the CMOs, where you will support ongoing projects and commercial manufacturing. You will also act as one of the subject matter expert (SME) for the products last stages, providing technical support including document review, trending of process data, review of technical investigations and validations. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between the CMO and Xbrane's distribution partners.

Qualifications
• University degree in Life Sciences with at a couple of years of experience within the pharma industry.
• Experience in CMO management.
• Experience working under GMP requirements, preferably within commercial manufacturing.
• Preferably experience in labelling, packaging, and serialization/aggregation.
• Preferably experience in project management.
• Proficient in English.
