Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.
The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.
Description
We are now strengthening our team with a Manufacturing Management Support. You will work closely to the Manufacturing Management, with
• tools and processes used in our department
• schedule and host meetings
• project planning
• documentation
• general administration
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• relevant experience in Management support, at least 3 years, preferably in the automotive industry
• basic skills in Lean development is an advantage
• very good IT skills in MS Office (Sharepoint experience is an advantage)
• knowledge of tools and processes used in development of passenger vehicles
• good proficiency in verbal and written Swedish and English
• drivers license B
To be successful in this role, you need to

• like administration and to constantly work on developing and improving this area
• have ability to manage ambiguity
• have ability to plan and prioritize
• think and act proactively

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
