As we are currently building the organization within Nevs, we need to strengthen our Manufacturing function and we are therefore looking for Manufacturing Engineer within advanced ME Digital Factory.
We are now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer within advanced ME, Engineer Digital Factory
Description
ME Digital Factory group, that you will be part of, is incorporated in our ME department which cover Press, Body, Paint, GA. The whole ME department is a bigger unit, inside the Manufacturing organization.
Our main responsibility is to secure manufacturability requirements, for all upcoming programs and support the different areas with Digital Factory knowledge.
The role as Digital Factory Engineer involves:
• Coordinate and manage layouts of NEVS plants (Trollhättan and other plants) over time. Main task is to manage the manufacturing- and test-equipment's within the plant buildings, as well as coordinate with facility responsible.
• Drive regular layout coordinate meetings
• Create project layouts for coming projects
• Support project groups with detailed layout proposals/ positions of new/modified equipment's
• Initially work with Autodesk AutoCAD software.
• Act as NEVS ME Trollhättan specialist of BIM (Building Information Models) primarily regarding equipment's in the plants.
• Drive development of 3D layout modelling (Siemens NX/Teamcenter)
• Responsible for 3D-scanning infrastructure (definition of reference system for joining of separate scans and the possibility to reuse scan data and combine new local scans with the complete scan data bank).
• Manage/Coordinate flow simulation data.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and written form.
• University Education in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Cad modelling/Drawings (Experience with AutoCAD, knowledge in NX & Teamcenter, is a merit).
• Experience to drive different projects, within the automotive industry, with focus on manufacturing/manufacturing engineering area.
• Problem solving with sense of urgency.
• Ability to communicate well in Swedish/English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to travel
• Driver license B
