As a Manufacturing engineer in the team of production engineering you will work with improvement and cost reduction programs on the production lines as well as introduction of product development projects and product changes.
You will work on projects with both individual missions or within project teams taking part or full responsibility. Close interaction with suppliers of equipment, purchasing, D&D and of course the production flow teams will be the key. In this function you will be supported by and reporting to the Teamleader Production Engineering.
Mission
Contributing to establish a lean logistics flow in line with 'Flow For Future' and represent production in implementation of new products and product optimizations. Benchmarking with similar production environments, adapting and implementing best practices to come to an optimal flow for the PC in Karlskrona.
Experience requirements
It's a strength to have relevant knowledge of, interest in and experience with a manufacturing industrialization process, industrial engineering and lean manufacturing.
Working with Movex.
Project management skills are an advantage.
Knowledge
• Fluent in Swedish and English (or willing to learn).
• Movex and AutoCad are standard tools to be used.
• Product knowledge is an advantage.
Educational requirements
Preferably a technical university degree or equivalent experience.
